About GraceAnne Talarico
GraceAnne Talarico, LPC, LCADC, MBA, ACS has over 20 years in the Mental Health field.
Ms. Talarico began her career working in the Barnabas HealthCare System taking phone intakes for admission and referrals. She then became a NJ certified screener from 1999-2015. During her tenure in screening, she mastered assessment and intake evaluation skills. She graduated from Georgian Court University with her Masters in Counseling, as well as her Masters in Business Administration. She obtained her Professional License in 2006.
Ms. Talarico has experience working in many areas of the mental health field. She worked as a Community Liaison linking community resources with client referrals. As Clinical Director of an In Home/In Community youth and families counseling program, Ms. Talarico provided clinical and administrative oversight of 7 counties and has gained the necessary experience and skill set to advance to the leadership level she holds today.
Ms. Talarico has experience leading a supportive and transitional housing program, as well as her most recent leadership position as the Director of a Family Support and Consultation Services program. Ms. Talarico has her certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor and supervises individuals working towards their LPC credentialing since 2012. Ms Talarico has been a fierce advocate for individuals and families experiencing mental illness and continues to provide support, help navigating the mental health system, psycho-education and referrals to Monmouth and Ocean counties. She supervises college interns and provides employee assistance program (EAP) services.Ms. Talarico is a divorce mediator providing services to couples seeking an amicable resolution to their family issues the family court requires them to address.
Ms. Talarico is trained as a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor for Monmouth County. She is trained and certified as a volunteer crisis response worker to assist in county crisis situations. Ms. Talarico is on the Emergency Response Team for Ocean County's Traumatic Loss Coalition. This is an interactive statewide network that offers collaboration and support to professionals working with school aged youth. The dual mission of TLC is excellence in suicide prevention and trauma response assistance to schools following the sudden loss due to suicide, homicide, accident or illness.
Ms. Talarico is now EMDR trained. Eye Movement Desensitization Restructuring is a comprehensive psychotherapeutic approach guided by the Adaptive Information Processing Model. Ms. Talarico is a certified Integrative Wellness Academy Life Coach. Life coaching combines traditional life coaching and integrates a diverse range of healing modalities. This integrative approach creates effective positive change in all areas of life by learning coaching tools that help create balance and wholeness in one's life.
Ms. Talarico brings her diverse background of experiences into her own private practice, specializing in individual, youth and family counseling. Ms. Talarico incorporates a variety of therapeutic and assessment techniques based on where the client is at in their therapeutic journey and each counseling session is tailored to fit the individual needs of the client.

You can expect comprehensive assessment and counseling services that encompass the integrative health and wellness model with linkage and communication to all treatment team providers. Our belief is that working together as a team with all the individuals providing support to you, is the best way of helping you achieve your counseling goals.
Whether this may be other family members, treatment team providers, such as a psychiatrist, community support, pastor, teacher, school based counselor or primary care physician, we will contact them at your request. Our clinicians provide in home and in office counseling and consultation services. Bilingual counselors are available.
